Welcome

Opening of Yesu Akwagala Primary School in Masulita

February 2010

Masulita, Uganda

The highlight of the Masulita Conference was the dedication of our new school, Yesu Akwagala Primary School. This has been a life dream for many years, when we, Pastor Robert and Robinah Kasozi, moved here in 1998 it was our dream to have a school along side the church. Last year when Pastor Gordon brought a team over we shared this dream of the school. Tim McNamara was among those who caught the fire of the dream; he and his wife contributed much to build us the first building. Tim was also able to come and personally work with his hands in the construction of this school.

On February 1st, 2010 the school officially opened! The school has 361 pupils and 12 teachers. This is the first phase of the school; we are opened only up to Primary Four but need to open up to Primary Seven. We have three kindergarten classes and already we are running out of room. Our immediate need is to build the second building, which will give us more room and staff offices which we currently don't have.

God has been so good to allow us see this dream come to pass. We are changing a generation that will change the face of Uganda and Africa at large. This nation will not be the same with the Gospel being preached and schools being built. Please continue to pray for us.

Blessings to all of you,

-Pastor Robert Kasozi
