It has been great to be back here in Africa and get back into the ministry God has called us to! Praise God!
Just a day or two after arriving in Uganda , I was able to take Pastor's Dan and Lavonne Peterson and thier team of interns from City Church to the prison with me. It was so nice to see them, since Pastor Dan baptized me after I was saved in Nov. 1994. We had a great time, and God used them. We are sure hoping that they can come back again!

Hi everyone!
The ministry times here have been great! This last weekend we took of for Mubende District, where we visited 7 prisons over three days and saw God move with a MIGHTY HAND! About 175 were saved (or rededicated) and many were baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Please pray for us about our housing situation, we have not found a good rental home yet, so we are not yet settled.
As usual, when we return to Africa there are many things to be done, and difficulties that came up in the ministry that need to be worked out now! The time immediately after returning is really the busiest, trying to get things in order so that we can return to what we really want to do: ministry!
I have been working on our vehicle to get it back in order with the help of our new mechanic, Ronnie. The conditions here are very tough on vehicles, so many things need repairing. So far, we have worked on the suspension, fixed some faulty doors, put in new windows in the side of the van that open (it is too hot for people in the back of the van!), put in a new windshield and front light array (they pull you over for those things here, which is not desirable!), and some other things too! We are believing God to soon provide us with a new vehicle that will take us into the next few years of ministry.
It has been great to see our friends, family and co-workers here in Uganda . They are very wonderful people! People in Uganda are some of the friendliest people I have met anywhere!
PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR TEAM! WE WANT GOD TO BRING US TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

Thanks for all of your help in the prison ministry!

God Bless,

Pastor Mike Vilumsons
